
Our community came together for a peaceful and refreshing session inspired by this year’s global theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” The session highlighted how personal well-being and planetary harmony go hand in hand, reminding us that caring for ourselves is also a step toward caring for the world around us.
Guided by a visiting instructor, the practice began with grounding stretches, moved into mindful breathing, and closed with a calming relaxation sequence. Each moment encouraged participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and become more aware of their place in the larger ecosystem.
It was inspiring to see everyone embrace the theme, not just through movement, but through a renewed sense of balance, gratitude, and awareness. The collective energy of the session reinforced how even a short practice can reset your mindset, uplift your day, and strengthen your connection to both self and nature.
